Update announcements, photos, and leadership profiles using your own login. The editing dashboard opens in Pages CMS.

Post an announcement

1. Open max-mt-tang / rocketry-club-website on the main branch.
2. Select Announcements, then add an item with a title, date or time, and message. You can also attach a photo and a link.
3. Turn on Show on website and save. Turn it off to hide an announcement from the page.

Add photos to an album

Before uploading large photos, prepare photos for Pages CMS. Download the smaller copies, then upload them to your chosen media folder. This avoids the “413” upload error.

1. Select Photo albums and find the matching album.
2. Add a photo, choose or upload an image, and write a descriptive caption.
3. Save your changes. Use Homepage gallery for photos displayed on the landing page.

Update leadership profiles

1. Under Leadership, select 2026–2027 or 2025–2026.
2. Find the position and edit the person’s name, position description, photo, contact email, school email, or other contact information. Leave optional fields blank to hide them.
3. Choose or upload a photo, add a photo description, and save. Positions stay in their existing hierarchy on the website.

Changes appear after the website finishes publishing, usually within a few minutes. Photos, announcements, and leadership contact details are public, so only add material intended for the website. Refresh the website after publishing to see your changes.
